RVal 1.01 Registration Form/Invoice

There are two ways to register:

1) Please send this order form and a cheque or
international postal money order in UK Pounds, made out to
Brian Taylor, 49 Wigginton Road, Tamworth,
	Staffordshire, B79 8RL, England.
Cheques must be in UK Pounds drawn on a UK bank. If you choose
to send cash (UK) I can take no responsibility for its safe
arrival.

2) By Credit Card over the Internet at
	http://www.uksharereg.com/rval.html
Here you will find single, 5, 10 and 25 user licences available
at the same prices as below. Your browser will need to support
operation over a secure link.

PLEASE GIVE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS, if you have one, so I can send
your licence that way. As an added incentive I will include an
add-in for Microsoft Excel providing VNEAREST() and HNEAREST()
plus other useful functions and promise to forward any future
versions of RVal automatically, but ONLY if you give me your
e-mail address.
