SET ALARM

SET ALARM

You can set ALARM / REMINDER for all the cities in your PERSONAL DATABASE individually.
Each ALARM will be triggered at the given time and date of that specific city, with the ALARM MESSAGE

1. To set the ALARM / REMINDER open CITY DATABASE
2. Select a city in PERSONAL DATABASE
3. The details of the city will be visible in the PERSONAL CITY EDITOR
4. Click on ALARM button
5. The ALARM / REMINDER dialog box will open
6. Set the Month, Day, Hours, and Minutes [24 hour format]
7. Type in your REMINDER [only 125 characters in length]
8. Click on Set button
9. In the PERSONAL CITY EDITOR you will see a small icon of bells
10. This indicates that an alarm has been set for that specific city


TO TURN OFF THE ALARM
1. To turn off the ALARM / REMINDER open CITY DATABASE
2. Select a city in PERSONAL DATABASE for which you want to turn off the alarm
3. The details of the city will be visible in the PERSONAL CITY EDITOR
4. A bell will be visible if alarm has been previously set for the city
5. Click on ALARM button
6. The ALARM / REMINDER dialog box will open
7. Click on OFF button
8. In the PERSONAL CITY EDITOR you will see that icon of bells is removed
9. This indicates that an alarm has been set off for that specific city
