NOTES

1.0 STATUS

If a server's Status is 'All' it may be used immediately for both Evaluation AND Paid messages. 

If the server's Status is 'Available' it will be activated for the first Subscriber whose fax number has the corresponding area code. 

If a server's Status is 'Paid Only' it may be used by Subscribers or Purchasers of Message Blocks. All other faxes will be silently ignored.



2.0 DIALING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING A POLYFAX™

For all the servers which are not listed as 'DIRECT' please use a fax machine with a telephone handset.

2.1 Dial the server number

2.2 When prompted ENTER the single digit number to select 'FAX"  

2.3 When prompted for an account number  ENTER the number indicated in the 'Send a PolyFAX' column in the above table, followed by #

2.4 When prompted press the start button on your fax machine

NB For some servers the order of 2.2 & 2.3 may be inverted.

 

3 DIALING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING POLYFAX™ SUPPORT REQUESTS

You may send SUPPORT REQUESTS  to PolyFAX™ using any of the servers which are not listed as 'DIRECT'.  If you are sending a request by FAX you need a fax machine with a telephone handset.

3.1 Dial the server number

3.2 When prompted choose either 'FAX' or 'VOICEMAIL'  

3.3 When prompted  ENTER the number indicated in the 'PolyFAX™ Support' column in the above table, followed by #

3.4 When prompted either speak your message or press the start button on your fax machine

NB For some servers the order of 3.2 & 3.3 may be inverted.

 

4.0 SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGES

4.1 OUTBOUND FROM A SUBSCRIBER'S FAX MACHINE TO A POLYFAX™ ENABLED SERVER

The indicated per page charge will be applied to all pages faxed TO the SPECIFIED SERVER with the exclusion of subscription applications, account modifications and support requests.

4.2 INBOUND TO A SUBSCRIBER'S FAX MACHINE FROM A POLYFAX™ FAX SERVER

With the exclusion of ACCOUNT NOTIFICATIONS, all REPLIES, NOTIFICATIONS and RECEIPTS delivered to a fax number will be charged the per page rate indicated on the FAX TARIFF.
