About Application LogoPlus is designed for sharing the web database of logos, creating, storing and sending of graphic operator logos to cellular telephones. LogoPlus version 1.1 is compatible with cellular phones NOKIA models 3210, 3310, 3330, 51xx/61xx, 6210, 7110, 81xx and 8210 through PC (FBUS) cable. This cable is available for example in cellular phone stores. Using LogoPlus you will obtain an instant access to the web database of logos located on www.upmobile.net server, where you can select from hundreds of logos ordered thematically into various categories. LogoPlus allows to browse this operator logo database, to download selected logo or to upload the logo to your cellular phone either directly or after its editing. Users can also upload their logos directly to the web database. Each user thus gains an access to a vast number of logos and can change the logo in his/her phone as desired even several times a day. If you are interested in creating your own logos, the program allows loading and editing of previously created logos in graphic formats BMP and GIF (logo can be created in any graphic program offering many various functions), in Nokia Operator Logo (NOL) format and in own (LogoPlus) format LGP. If needed, you can create logo directly in LogoPlus using simple logo editing tool. Of course, the program allows downloading the current logo from your cellular phone. After creating or downloading the logo from the web and possible editing you can upload this logo to your cellular phone (in case of phone connected through PC cable). In addition to this it is possible to store this logo in Nokia Operator Logo (NOL) format, in own LGP format, or in graphic format BMP. These options can also be used in case that you are creating a database of own logos or if you want to send a logo to your friends or to any of Internet servers providing operator logo services. Using LogoPlus you can send operator logos to any cellular phones NOKIA models 3210, 3310, 3330, 51xx/61xx, 6210, 7110, 81xx and 8210 though SMS. You can make your friend happy by sending him/her logo to a cellular phone for a price charged by your operator for one SMS sent.

Main Window
		Editing window for creating a new logo is made using "NEW" button. Do not forget to save any other previously edited logo, if you made any modifications.

		Logo stored in your computer is opened for editing using this menu item (formats .nol, .bmp, .gif, .lgp). It can be subsequently stored in the shared database on the web or uploaded to your cellular phone. If opening a color picture from the graphic file (gif or bmp) larger than 72x14 pixels, LogoPlus will load the left upper rectangle of 72x14 pixels from such a file and it will accept only black (pixel) and white (background) color.

		Button "Invert" performs inversion of logo colors.
Clicking on the square on the editing window causes change of its color to black. Another click will remove the black color.


Download from Internet


	Downloading logo from the shared database on the Internet a) If you know the code of a logo (e.g. L111111) you want to download from the Internet, or if you want to display logos related to a certain keyword (one or more keywords describing given logo - e.g. Beer, rabbit, car - are assigned to each logo in the database), enter the logo code or keyword of logo searched for into field "Logo, keyword" and click "FIND" button. Logos meeting given criteria will be downloaded and displayed in the white window. When using this option logos are looked up in all categories. b) Select one of possible categories and after clicking "FIND" button, logos in the given category will be displayed ordered by the number of downloads. When using this option the field "Logo, keyword" must be left blank. If LogoPlus finds more than 25 logos on the server meeting given criteria, the program will display first 25 logos ordered by the number of downloads. Browsing through further pages is allowed using buttons "Next" and "Previous". Number of downloads is stated in parentheses after the code of each logo. In case that you want to use certain logo for uploading to your cellular phone or for editing, double click on selected logo and it will be transferred directly to the editing box of the LogoPlus main window. Click on "Close" button to close (Download from WEB) window and to return to the main window of LogoPlus.



Upload to Internet


	Uploading to the shared logo database on the Internet. Using LogoPlus you can also upload selected logo to the shared database on the Internet and this way you can make it available to other users of LogoPlus worldwide. How to upload the logo to the shared database. Pressing "Upload to WEB" button in the main window of the program will open a new window. In the new window you select appropriate category, your name or nickname and keywords using which the logo may be searched for. After clicking the "Upload" button the logo will be assigned a numeric code and it will be uploaded to the shared database on the Internet. Warning! It is explicitly and strictly forbidden to upload logos to our server with violent content or content against humanity, such as racism, nazism, terrorism and so on. Each logo is checked prior to storing into the server and any objectionable logo will be deleted immediately by the system administrator.
