Configuring videochat in non-integrated mode

If you do not integrate chat with the existing users database you still have options on the chat authorization which can be set up by enabling/disableing Chat Auth and Guest Mode options in admin console panel:

Chat authorization	Guest mode	Description
Enabled	Disabled	Only registered chat users can access the chat
Enabled	Enabled	Both registered chat users and guest users can access the chat. The guest user can not take the registered login name
Disabled	Enabled	No authorization required/available

Now, similar to integration with existing users database, set chatAuth handler, write the handler code and test.
