The Presentation Editor is where you will design your presentations. The Editor features a very easy to use interface that allows you to quickly add any number slides to your presentation.
A) Slide List: This is your list of slides currently in your presentation. Each slide is listed in the order of their appearance along with their slide name. (Each slide can have it's own name for easy identification.) To select a slide to edit, simply click on a slide to name to highlight it.
B) Navigational Buttons:
"Move Selected Slide" allows you to move the current slide up or down in the
presentation list. "Move Through List" allows you to scroll up and down through the
presentation list instead of having to actually click on a slide.
C) Preview Widow: This
window allows you to see exactly what the slide will look like. (When rendered to
that small of a window) At the bottom of the preview window will be the slide
sequence and it's name. The right of the slide name is a Preview check box. When
checked this allows you to preview video effects also. When turned off it allows
quicker navigational editing.
D) Menu Buttons: Each
menu button performs a certain task:
Add Slides - Add slides to your presentation.
Properties - Allows you to edit the current slide's properties.
Copy - Brings up the copy menu where you can quickly copy the contents of the current slide to any number of other slides in your presentation.
Delete - Removes the current slide from the presentation.
Music - Allows you to configure a selection of background music that will play throughout your slide show.
View Presentation - View the presentation.
New - Start a new presentation.
Load - Load a previously saved presentation
Save - Save the current presentation.
Help - Brings up the help system.
Exit - Exit the presentation editor.
E) Presentation Properties:
These settings affect the global settings for the current presentation you are
working on.
Playback Mode
Slide Sequence: You can select to view the presentation in a random or sequential manner.
Repeat Options: When the presentation comes to the last slide you can set it to simply end or start from the beginning again.
View Mode: You can set the presentation to play full screen, or default to a window size based on the screen percentage you enter. If you choose to have your presentation run in a window, you can re-size the window at any time after the presentation has started.
F) Presentation Title: This is
where you enter the name of your presentation.
