    Overview Download Purchase

The Network Diary was designed to allow small businesses and companies to share appointments from a central server. Each user on the LAN runs the diary Client (looks similar to Diary 1.5), which keeps their own appointments, file usage and PC usage on their own PC. To make appointments public they simply tick a box and it is automatically copied to the server (as well as a local copy on the PC).

When a user wants to view other peoples appointments or free time, they select the users they want to see and the server provides the details, and allows anyone to add appointments to other users calendars (of course the user can reject that appointment).

Installation is easy - for both the Client ends and the server. There are no Networking protocols to worry about because the diary communicates by file access.
