The purpose of Quick Links is to provide a fast way to open programs on your computer while Influx Organizer is open. For example, your calculator can be opened through your Quick Links instead of finding it through the 'Start' menu. To open your Quick Links, click 'Quick Links' on the main form. Alternatively you can use the View > Quick Links menu, or select 'Add/Edit/Delete Quick Links' from the drop-down box on the main screen. Adding Quick Links Click 'New' and fill in a name and path for the Quick Link. There are two ways you can find the path. The first is to go to where you normally open the program (either in the 'Start' menu or from your desktop) and right-click on the icon of the program. A new window will pop-up with multiple fields. Copy the text in the 'Target' field and paste it in the 'Quick Link Path' field on the Quick Links form. If you know the path of the program, you can either type it in the 'Quick Link Path' field or click on the 'Browse For File' button and browse through your folders to find the file. When these fields have been filled in click 'Save'. Editing Quick Links Select the Quick Link to be edited from the list and click 'Edit'. Change the information and click 'Save'. Deleting Quick Links Select the Quick Link to be deleted from the list and click 'Delete'. Alternatively, select the Quick Link and press the 'Delete' key on your keyboard.
