referred to as 'the Software', and you are hereby granted a
non-exclusive license to use the Software.

If you have obtained the software free of charge you are not
entitled to support of any kind.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.

Should the Software prove defective, you alone shall assume the cost
of any service and/or repair.

SCOPE OF THIS GRANT:

You may:
- use the Software on a single computer.
- copy the Software for backup and archival purposes.

You may not:
- permit other individuals to use the Software.
- remove any proprietary notices from the Software and associated
files.
- modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the
Software shall remain vested in The Author. The Software is
protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights
in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the
applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law.
This License gives you no rights to such content.


TERMINATION.

The license will terminate automatically and the software unregistered
if you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions.
The license may be terminated by us at anytime and without notice.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE VM7.COM,
VM7 SOFTWARE, THE AUTHOR, SUPPLIERS OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE
TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER.
