| IEResize
Internet Explorer "tends" to use the size and position of the last browser window you closed when you open a new browser window. IEResize lets you create custom size and position menu entries for Internet Explorer 5+. This allows you to change the position and/or size of an open IE window to preset preferences you define. To use IEResize:
Create Entry OptionsThe X Position (left) and Y Position (top) values set the position of the top-corner of the IE window. 0,0 would be the very top-left of your screen. Keep in mind the size of your desktop when setting these values. If you activate the Center option, your existing desktop size will be used to create values that center the IE window. The Width and Height values set the width and height of the IE window. You can use the Full width and/or Full height options to always use the full width or full height of your desktop. If Same position is checked, then the IE window will not be repositioned. Similarly, if Same size is checked, the IE window will not be resized. If you wish to remove an existing entry, select it in the left window and click Remove.
Other InfoIf you create a window outside your visible desktop and can't keep new windows from using it, just right-click its entry on the Windows' taskbar. Choose Minimize from the pop-up menu. Then choose Maximize. Make sure you delete this entry from IEResize! Apply a visible IEResize entry and close the browser window. RequirementsIEResize requires Windows 98, NT4, 2000, or XP and Internet Explorer 4+. FreewareIEResize is freeware!
