The Ez4file has 4 account type:

• Built-in Administrator, this is a special account, has all rights to configure the Ez4file, but can logon to Ez4file locally only.

• Administrator, it's an account used for daily administration.

• User, it's a normal user account to access Ez4file with UserID and password required.

• Anonymous, it allows anonymous access to Ez4file.

To meet the different requirements, Ez4file allows to grant or withdraw the access right for the account of Administrator, User, and Anonymous.

To grant or withdraw the access right for an account type:

• Logon as an Administrator or a Built-in Administrator,

• In the configuration window, click on Logon on navigation bar in left pane,

• Select a checkbox to grant access right to an account type, or unselect a checkbox to cancel access right to an account type,

• Click "OK".
