The Ez4file Trial Edition has no user license requirement, so just skip this topic.

The Ez4file Personal Edition needs license to keep it running after 30-day trial, and Ez4file Standard Edition needs user licenses to keep it running until the total of user licenses reachs 500.

The Ez4file provides the web based functionality to administrator to easily manage the user licenses. To add User license:

• Logon as an Administrator or a Built-in Administrator,

• In the configuration window, click on "License" on navigation bar in left pane,

• Entre license key in the License field, and click "OK".
